Business Manager - Chichester

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are actively seeking a Business Manager for their dealership based in Chichester. In addition to considering experienced candidates, we are open to applicants who are motivated to advance from roles such as Senior Sales or Sales Executive, particularly if they have substantial experience and a strong desire to step up in their career.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Business Manager:

Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they achieve their targets, deliver exceptional customer service

Develop and implement highly effective sales strategies that focus on upselling finance and insurance products, driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and maximising profitability.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions, conducting competitive analysis and identifying new business opportunities.

The Package:

£25,000 Basic Salary + UNCAPPED OTE + Car!!!

Monday to Friday [8:30am - 6:00pm] with a designated weekly day off.

(1-in-2) Sunday rota [10:00am – 4:00pm]
