Business Manager - Basingstoke

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with another one of our regular clients whom we have an exceptional working relationship with. They are currently on the search for an experienced Business Manager to join their team due to internal promotion.

This opportunity is ideal for any experienced Business Managers looking for a new challenge and to be a part of a very established site which sell a very large number of units per month.

The ideal candidate will need to have obtained experience in a similar role, have great man-management skills and a positive attitude to help drive the business performance.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Business Manager:

Oversee a team of Sales Executives reporting to the Sales Manager.

Establish weekly action plans at the beginning of the month ensuring these are managed efficiently and achieved by the sales team.

Carrying out daily and weekly reviews.  

Manage the sales process & maintain best practice routines.

Bring energy to the team and drive the department forward.

The Package:

£25,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary (experience dependent)

OTE £55,000. This is uncapped!

Monday to Friday with a designated weekly day off.

Every other full weekend off (one week 6 day working week, the following a 4 day working week; on average 5 days per week)

Company Car.
