The Role:

We’re looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our privately-owned motor trade leasing company in Basildon. If you have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional sales expertise, and a history of delivering impressive business growth, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Business Development Consultant:

Essential: Experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales, Account Management, or similar roles

Preferable but not required: Experience in motor trade retail sales

Conduct market research

Engage with clients to understand their needs

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Analyse business performance metrics

Develop and implement strategic initiatives

Provide training and support to teams

Essential: Valid UK driver’s license

Package:

Basic Salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience)!!

OTE of up to £45,000 UNCAPPED + [Commission payable from 1st month]!!

Company car & fuel card to cover business miles.

22 days holiday plus bank holidays & Company pension scheme!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [9:00am – 5:00pm]!

NO WEEKENDS!
