Bodyshop Manager - Winchester

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment have a superb opportunity available for a premium car dealer group, who currently seek an experienced, dynamic and highly organised Bodyshop Manager to join their team in the Winchester area.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Developing all members of staff to reach the highest levels of performance in order to achieve, individual satisfaction, targets, objectives and 5 Star Customer Ratings.

Examine sales volume and monitor labour sales to ensure achievement of budget for the period.

To improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities, improved technical skills and high standards of quality workmanship.

Previous experience of working within the motor trade industry

3 years Bodyshop Management experience

Excellent IT, highly skilled VDA and administration skills

Experience with Kerridge / Drive an advantage

The Package:

Basic Starting Salary £40,000

£12,000 Bonus
