





The Role:
Silcom have a new & exciting vacancy and are supporting a well-established franchise dealer group, who seek a supportive Assistant Call Centre Manager to join their team based in Basingstoke.
This is a hands on role, where you will be helping to support the Group Contact Centre Manager managing a team of Contact Advisors in a busy department for a motor trade organisation.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Managing 12 Advisors day to day to monitor calls to assess and improve the quality of staff performance.
Handling and resolving complex customer complaints.
Communicating the company’s goals so that all employees understand their role
Working with the Group Contact Centre Manager to strategically improve team output and revenue targets for the business.
Experience within a call centre OR motor trade aftersales/ service advisor experience in a senior role would be highly desired.
Package:
Salary, dependent on experience up to £30,000 + Company Benefits.
Monday to Friday 08.00- 17.00 with 1 hour for lunch. No weekends!
