Assistant Accountant - Whiteley

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an established, global organisation. With an accounting function based in Whiteley, Hampshire. Our client seeks an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team on an initial six-month contract, with a view to the position becoming permanent. Reporting to the company Finance Controller, and working within a small, established team. The ideal Assistant Accountant will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

You will be a driven individual, a team player with an insatiable desire to learn and take on further work if required

Sales Ledger

Purchase Ledger

Bank Reconciliations

Cash Reconciliations

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Strong Excel experience preferred

Oracle system experience ideal

The Package:

£25,000 - £28,000 - Dependant on experience

Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
