Aftersales Manager - Essex

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Aftersales Manager to work for an exciting client of ours based in Essex. This role is ideal for a leader looking for a fresh challenge, or someone eager to continue progressing their career in motor trade aftersales.

Responsibilities & Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:

Oversee and manage a team comprising Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Advisor, and a Workshop Controller.

Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the aftersales department.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Oversee the daily operations of the workshop to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Monitor and manage the aftersales department budget, including costs, revenue, and profitability.

Package:

Basic Salary: £45,000 + OTE of up to £60,000 + Company Car!!!!

Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm]!!
