Aftersales Manager - Chichester

The Role:

An exciting opportunity awaits to join our client, a devoted and esteemed dealer group with ambitious future endeavours. We are currently seeking an Aftersales Manager for their thriving site in the Chichester area.

The role involves leading a successful team and upholding the group's reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction. We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and passionate individual to drive this exciting project.

Responsibilities & Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:

Enhancing service processes for increased efficiency and profitability.

Assuming responsibility for site performance and actively contributing to its expansion.

Guiding and overseeing a team of aftersales professionals with training and support.

Directing day-to-day operations of the Service Department to meet franchise targets.

Partial oversight of the Used Car Centre.

Must have current or previous dealership Aftersales Management experience within the motor trade.

The Package:

Salary: £40,000 + £58,400 OTE + Potential for a guarantee on bonus + Company car!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 18:00pm] this will also include occasional Saturday work when required.
