The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an established, franchise dealership group, with the hire of an experienced Aftersales Manager. Are you an experienced Service Manager or Aftersales Manager looking for an exciting new challenge?

We're keen to speak with experienced Senior Service Advisors, Service Managers or Aftersales Managers who want to make their mark on a superb local business.

Relevant Experience Required:

Current or recent automotive senior service, service or aftersales management experience is essential.

Experience of working within a main dealer would be highly advantageous

Experience of team management essential 

The Package:

£30,000 basic starting salary with an OTE of circa £3,000-£4,000 and company benefits.

8.00am – 18.00pm Monday to Friday

8.00am -12.30pm every other Saturday
