The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join an established group motor trade business based in-between Nelson & Colne, Lancashire on a full time basis.
Reporting to the Dealership Accountant and working within a team, the ideal candidate will possess experience across a variety of transactional accounting duties and ideally have exposure to Sales Admin within a motor trade organisation. This is highly desirable but not essential.
Role, Responsibilities & Requirements:
All round accounting duties -
Sales ledger
Purchase ledger
Nominal Ledger (posting journals)
Balance sheet reconciliations
Daily banking
Bank recs
P.C Literate
Motor trade experience (ESSENTIAL) & Kerridge system experience (BENEFICIAL). If you have current or previous Sales Admin experience from within a motor trade business and have a keen interest in learning accounts, this could be the ideal role for YOU.
The Package:
Salary - £20,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience.
9:00-5:30 with 30 minutes for lunch. Flexible hours available.
