Accounts Assistant - Andwell

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade organisation with an established site based between Hook and Basingstoke.

Our client is seeking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant to add their team on a permanent basis, someone who is keen to step up and progress their career within accounts.

Reporting to the Assistant Accountant or Dealership Accountant, you will be responsible for the following;

Duties & Responsibilities:

Weekly funding reconciliations

Weekly Fuel analysis and posting of fuel invoices

Demonstrator control

Monthly Class 1 accrual

Maintaining Vehicle stock records

EMAC Reconciliation

Petty Cash

Posting of Cheque books

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Funding Invoices

Recharges

Stock Check Reconciliation

HSBC Bank Payments

Any ad hoc cover for the SL / PL hub

The Package:

£23,000 - £24,000 Depending on experience + fantastic company benefits

Hours are Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm
