Workshop Controller - Salisbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are actively recruiting on the behalf of an established motor trade dealership group, with a new and used prestigious site based around the outskirts of Salisbury. Our client is keen to add an experienced Workshop Controller to their growing team, with a proven background of working within a busy main dealer, you will be responsible for the following:

Duties & Experience will include:

Supervision of the workshop and its staff to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability.

Strong technical knowledge

To be able to work efficiently under pressure ensuring customers cars are completed within agreed time-scales

A team player

Ability to work within a high-paced pressurised environment

£28,000 Basic Salary. OTE up to £31,000. Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 6:00pm with an hour lunch. Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm (1 in 2)
