Full TimeThe Role:
Silcom Recruitment are actively recruiting on the behalf of an established motor trade organisation based in Petersfield. Our client is keen to add an experienced Workshop Controller to their growing team, with a proven background of working within a busy independent or main dealer workshop, you will be responsible for the following:
Duties & Experience will include:
- Supervision of the workshop and its staff to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability.
- Strong mechanical & technical knowledge
- Ordering of parts, dealing with customer queries and resolving issues.
- Making sure work is managed through the workshop on a daily basis.
- A team player
- Ability to work within a high-paced pressurised environment
The Package:
£32,000 Basic Salary + bonus. Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 17:30pm with an hour lunch. NO WEEKEND WORK.
