Workshop Controller - Exeter

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join a well-established main-dealer franchise, based in Exeter.

We are looking for candidates with proven motor trade Workshop Controller experience who can drive workshop efficiency, manage workflow, and deliver exceptional service standards. Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manage and allocate daily workshop jobs to technicians efficiently.

Ensure smooth communication between Service, Parts, and Workshop teams.

Monitor job progress, quality, and completion times.

Maximise workshop efficiency and productivity.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Essential: Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within the motor trade.

The Package:

£35,100 Basic Salary

Up to £700 monthly bonus – OTE up to £43,500 (uncapped potential)

Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week — No weekends
