Workshop Controller - Andover

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment have a Workshop Controller position open at one of our client's based in Andover. They are a highly reputable business seeking to add a key member to their team for a crucial role in their workshop.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Workshop Controller:

Full responsibility for planning, controlling, and ensuring the overall performance of the workshop.

Manage, lead, and organise the workshop team along with associated resources.

Identify and address training needs for the workshop team to enhance skills and performance.

Possesses technical knowledge acquired through qualifications or hands-on experience.

Familiar with and understands compliance requirements associated with Heavy Goods Vehicles.

Package:

Basic salary of £35,000 with a bonus plan and earning potential of up to £1,000 per month!!

Monday to Friday [45 hour working week] & Saturday mornings (1-in-5).
