Vehicle Technician - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Vehicle Technician for a client of ours, based around the outskirts of Southampton.

Our client is an established, franchise dealership who specialise in the sale and service of new & used vehicles. Due to continued success, they now seek an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team on a full time permanent basis. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Undertake repair and servicing of new & used vehicles

MOT testing (preferred, not essential)

A Full UK Driving Licence

The ability to communicate with customers effectively

A sound Mechanical knowledge

Ability to follow strict processes and guidelines.

Package:

£26,500 Basic Salary + Bonus (£38,500)

Up to £750-£1,000 per month bonus

**POTENTIAL £38K PACKAGE**

Monday – Friday - 8.15-17.15pm 1 hour lunch 

Sat as per rota 8.30-12.30pm - 1 in 3 weekends.
