Vehicle Technician - Poole

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for Vehicle Technicians to work for one of our family-owned and managed motor group clients with a strong, local identity and reputation for great customer service, based in Poole.

The ideal Vehicle Technician will be a certified Technician, motivated, organised, and flexible in a team. Work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service, maintain high standards, and meet all necessary deadlines.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Adhere to company guidelines, ensuring that diagnoses and repairs meet high standards.

Embrace the EVC process to inform customers of safety-related issues during each visit.

Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to provide clear and precise evidence of repairs and recommendations in accordance with company repair instructions.

While it's preferable to be an MOT Tester, full training will be provided, making it not essential.

Always follow health and safety protocols in line with company policy.

Minimum NVQ level 3 and a clean driving license required.

Package:

Salary up to £34,000 per annum + OTE of up to £39,000 + UNCAPPED!!!

Hours: [Full-Time] Monday – Friday [8:00am – 5:00pm] | Saturdays (1-in-3) [8:00am – 1:00pm] Overtime paid at time and half!
