Vehicle Technician - Outskirts of Portsmouth

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment have partnered with a business based on the outskirts of Portsmouth with the intent on finding an entry level Vehicle Technician to join their team.

As an entry level Vehicle Technician you will hold a level 2 certificate or similar and be willing to learn and develop into an experienced Vehicle Technician.

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:

Undertake repair and servicing of motor vehicles.

Carrying out servicing/inspection and repairs to a variety of vehicles.

A Full UK Driving Licence.

Attending regular training to update technical skills.

A sound mechanical knowledge.

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, free from any potentially hazardous practices that could pose risks to oneself or others.

Package:

Basic Salary: £26,000 - £36,000 [Depending on experience]

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm [No weekends & paid overtime!]
