Vehicle Technician - Newbury

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is seeking a talented Level 2 or 3 Vehicle Technician to join a newly refurbished dealership in Newbury, offering a comprehensive selection of new and used vehicles.

Prior experience within a garage environment preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of vehicles

Perform diagnostic testing to identify faults and issues

Repair and replace faulty parts and components

Ensure all work is completed to high safety and quality standards

Keep detailed records of all work carried out

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques

Collaborate with team members to achieve workshop goals and targets

The Package:

Salary: £38,000 + OTE of up to £44,000 [Depending on experience]

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 5:00pm] & (1-in-5) Saturday mornings [8:00am – 1:00pm]
