Vehicle Technician - Fareham

The Role:

Here at Silcom Recruitment, we have a great client who is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team, based in Fareham. Our client is a well-established main dealer group with great working facilities, appealing brand training! As a business, they can offer an extremely competitive salary package.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Driving Licence (required).

You will hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent as a minimum.

Main dealership or independent experience required – 1 year minimum.

MOT certificate would be highly desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided.

Passion for mechanical work and customer interaction.

The Package:

Up to £35,000 basic salary [experience dependent] + Competitive bonus!

Bonus based on productivity & efficiency – Up to £1500 per month!!!

Monday to Friday 08:15am – 17:30pm – Saturday rota (1 in 3 08:00 – 12:00)
