Vehicle Technician - Eastleigh

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are in search of a skilled Vehicle Technician to start as soon as possible and join a highly regarded client of ours.

Our client is looking for a level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician to join an independent retailer based in Eastleigh with a strong and achievable OTE and paid overtime!!!

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Perform diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.

Repair and replace faulty parts or components in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations and estimated timelines to customers.

Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Ensure a clean and organised work environment in the service area.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on vehicles.

Possess a valid UK driver's license.

Package:

Basic Salary: £31,250 with [OTE £49,850] + overtime!!
