Vehicle/Service Technician & MOT Tester - Eastleigh

The Role:

Are you a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Vehicle/Service Technician or an MOT Tester looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client, an established and growing used car sales organisation located on the outskirts of Southampton, is seeking a Vehicle/Service Technician & MOT Tester to join their team.

Salary: OTE Up To £40,000 plus overtime
Bonuses: Earn up to £125 per week, plus uncapped overtime
 

Shift Pattern:

5 days on, 5 days off 5 days on, 5 days off 4 days on, 4 days off

This means you only work 15 days per month

Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, averaging 40.25 hours per week

Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving Licence

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying any areas requiring repair or service.

Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to a high standard, in line with manufacturer and warranty requirements.

Use the company's system to request parts efficiently.

Ensure the effective use of workshop facilities and equipment.

Work collaboratively with the Supervisor to determine priorities and allocate tasks.

Undertake a full range of workshop duties as required.

The Package:

Level 2 Qualified – £23,800 to £30,000 basic salary

Level 3 Qualified – £30,000 to £35,000 basic salary

MOT License Holder – £34,000 to £36,000 basic salary

Plus, up to £5,000 additional bonus with overtime.
