The Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of one of Silcom Recruitments top clients based on the south coast, a well-established motor trade dealership business, with a site based on the outskirts of Southampton.
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Administrator to join an existing team. This position is a permanent opportunity and offering a lucrative salary and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Processing new & used car sales
Support Sales team – set up, invoice and post deals.
Taxing of new & used vehicles
Arranging settlements in payment
Keep track of deals and ensure all are invoiced by end of month
Liaising with Sales Managers & Executives within the team.
Role Requirements:
Minimum of 18 months’ motor trade experience within vehicle administration.
Kerridge/ Pinnacle system experience preferred but not essential.
Motor Trade Sales/ Fleet/ Corporate Admin experience essential to be considered for this role.
The Package:
Up to £25,000 Basic Starting Salary - Dependant on experience + Company Benefits
Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week
