The Role:
We at Silcom Recruitment are seeking an eager Telemarketer to join our highly esteemed client on a full time basis.
Based in Romsey, you will be an integral part of a successful and highly experienced team, providing the highest quality customer service as a part of well-founded company.
If you have a background of quality customer service, and experience in inbound-outbound calls, you could be the perfect candidate for this role.
Experience Required:
Experience of delivering customer service over the phone (inbound & outbound), establish the customer’s key requirements.
Experience in up-selling products and services.
To qualify and log all incoming sales enquiries, booking appointments for the sales team to go and sell services.
General customer service & administration desired.
IT literate
The Package:
Basic salary from £20,000 - £22,000 per annum [dependant on experience]
OTE £35,000 Uncapped commission!
Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm | No Weekends!
