The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is offering an excellent opportunity to join a well-established main dealer group who have a bodyshop based at their site in Portsmouth.

We are currently seeking an experienced Smart Repair Technician to support the team in the bodyshop.

Requirements & Responsibilities of a Smart Repair Technician:

Perform damage assessments, determine damage extent and suitable repair techniques.

Paint and dent repair, ensuring structural integrity post-repair.

Fixing interior damages like tears, burns, or stains.

Refurbishing alloy wheels from scratches or dents and restoring wheels to original appearance.

Understanding customer concerns and expectations.

Checking repairs meet industry standards and addressing any imperfections in the work.

Package:

Basic salary: £31,500 - £39,500!! 

Monday to Friday [8:00am – 17:00pm]. No Weekends.
