Service Advisor - Wokingham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership group, with a great site based in Wokingham. Our client is keen to add an experienced motor trade Service Advisor to their team, on a full time basis. Great motor trade hours and no weekends!!

Duties will include:

To meet & greet your customers, & clarify their Service, MOT and/or repair requirements.

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.

To up-sell products & Service Plans, handle objections and record sales activity.

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles.

Experience Required:

You will ideally currently be working within a similar position, with ideally a minimum of 2 years’ motor trade experience in some capacity, Dealership/ Bodyshop etc.

Prior experience in a customer service advisor based role - Highly desired

Motor Trade experience is ideal.

If you have experience of assisting the Service/ Bodyshop Manager and overseeing colleagues, this would be beneficial to our client, this role will offer excellent career progression.

Excellent communication skills.

Team player with a flexible attitude; is willing to ensure customer satisfaction

You need to hold a full driving licence.

The Package:

Up to £25,000 Basic Salary, (experience dependant) Realistic OTE of £30,000 +

Hours Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, NO WEEKENDS!
