





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently on the hunt for a Service Advisor to join a family owned & run dealership based in Winchester.
Our client offers a wide range of new and approved, used vehicles and would ideally like a Service Advisor with over a years’ experience within motor trade to join their close knit team.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Greet customers warmly and professionally upon their arrival at the dealership and listen attentively to customers' service requirements regarding their vehicles.
Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering both customer availability and workshop capacity.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain service options, maintenance procedures, and repair estimates by coordinating with technicians and other service staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance work.
Update customers on the progress of their vehicles during the service process, including any unexpected delays or additional repairs.
Maintain detailed records of service transactions, including service histories, repair orders, and customer communications.
Uphold dealership standards for customer service excellence, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
Up sell of products where possible.
Package:
Basic Starting Salary: £25,000 + Bonus of up to £700/month!!
Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm]
(1-in-5) Saturday rota [8:30am - 12:30pm]
