





The Role:
Our client, a successful and customer-focused main dealer, is looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their busy showroom in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected dealer group, offering strong earning potential, manufacturer training, and clear career progression.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Meeting and engaging with customers in the showroom and over the phone to understand their needs.
Advising on a wide range of new and used vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
Organising and conducting test drives.
Negotiating sales and finance agreements to achieve both personal and dealership targets.
Maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Ensuring the showroom is presented to the highest standard at all times.
Working closely with colleagues across sales, aftersales, and management to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Package:
£18,000 basic salary, with an OTE of up to £55,000.
Monday to Friday: 08:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 08:30am - 5:30pm
Sunday: 1 in 3 rota, 11:00am - 4:00pm
