Service Advisor - Stockport

The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established motor trade business, based in Stockport, Greater Manchester. Looking to add a Service Advisor to their service department, you will be responsible for the following:

As a part of this busy Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible, progress updates on their vehicle. 

This position is predominantly customer focused and the successful candidate must have excellent customer service.

Ideally 2 + years motor trade experience working in a Service Advisor role or similar. 

The Package:

Salary negotiable dependant on the individuals experience + OTE between £30,000 - £32,000 + per annum – Depending on experience + a company vehicle and other fantastic company benefits. Monday to Friday 08:00- 18:00 Saturday (1 in 3) 8:00-16:00.
