Service Advisor - Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced motor trade Service Advisor for an established franchise car dealership group, based in Southampton, the role will work as part of a team and report into the Service Manager. 

Superb earning potential on offer, as well as a company car, and a refreshing rota based working system. 

Current motor trade and Kerridge system experience preferred. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles

Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly

Package:

£23,500 Basic Salary (experience dependent) + Bonus (OTE Circa £30,000+) + Car!!

Week 1 - Monday to Friday - 7:00am - 3:30pm

Week 2 - Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm

Week 3 - Monday to Friday - 9:30am - 6:00pm

One in three Saturday mornings.
