Service Advisor - Poole

The Role:

Join a dynamic team based in Poole as a Service Advisor, who offer a 4 day working week!!

No prior motor trade experience required – bring your passion for customer service and they will provide the rest.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Greet customers and ascertain their service needs.

Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs.

Provide detailed explanations of work performed and any additional repairs required.

Offer cost estimates and obtain customer approval for service and repair work.

Maintain and update customer records and service history.

Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure timely completion of work.

Monitor the progress of vehicle services and keep customers informed.

Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.

Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly.

Process payments and handle transactions accurately.

Ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming service area.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £26,500 + OTE £35,000 UNCAPPED!!!

Bonus will be made up of the following, customer satisfaction reviews, tyre sales, labour bonus and the sale of service plans!

4 day working week!!! [8:00am – 6:00pm] + (1-in-4) Saturday [9:00am – 1:30pm]

The schedule rotates weekly, ensuring that everyone gets the opportunity for Friday through to Sunday off on a rotating basis!
