The Role:
Silcom Recruitment have recently acquired another exciting opportunity offering a market leading salary package, to join a brilliant client of ours at their reputable, family run service centre around the outskirts of Southampton.
This opportunity is part of an expansion project and will enable you to play a crucial role within the aftersales department and to support the business further in their growth.
The ideal Service Advisor would have notable experience within an aftersales or front of house position but our client is also willing to explore those with similar experience within motor trade.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, issues, and requests related to their post-purchase experience.
Provide customers with accurate cost estimates for recommended services and repairs, including labour, parts, and any additional charges.
Coordinate vehicle service appointments, ensuring efficient use of the service department's resources and timely turnaround.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or accessories to customers, increasing revenue for the dealership.
The Package:
£30,000 to £40,000 Basic Salary.
Monday to Friday [8:30 – 17:30] + 1 Hour Lunch + Rota’d Saturday mornings.
Strong support & training available to aid in future career progression.
