Service Advisor - Outskirts of Southampton

The Role:

Are you looking for a rare opportunity as a Service Advisor?

Silcom Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a unique client of ours, based on the outskirts of Southampton! Having an old-fashioned outlook, our client has created a comfortable, nostalgic, and laidback setting within an independent garage.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Scheduling appointments for vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance.

Addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers and following up with customers after service to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service histories, and vehicle repairs and generating invoices and processing payments.

Understanding the basic principles of vehicle mechanics to communicate effectively with technicians and customers.

Recommending additional services or upgrades based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations.

Motor trade experience essential!!!

Package:

Basic Salary of up to £30,000!!!

Monday to Thursday [8:30am - 5:30pm] & Fridays [08:30am – 4:30pm].

**NO WEEKENDS!!**
