Service Advisor - Nottingham

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on the behalf of a car dealership group based around the outskirts of Nottingham. Our client are seeking to add two Service Advisor's to their team. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Serve customers on the front counter dealing with both parts and service.

When required, to be responsible for opening and closing the service department.

As a part of this busy Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible, progress updates on their vehicle. 

This position is predominantly customer focused and the successful candidate must have excellent customer service experience.

The Package:

£20,500 basic salary - £26,000 On Target Earnings 

Monday to Friday early and late shift patterns shared across the team

Early (7:30am-4:30pm) Late (9:30am-6:30pm) 

One in three Saturday's 8:00am - 5:00pm
