Service Advisor - Milton Keynes

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of an established, car dealership, with a site based around the outskirts of Milton Keynes. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their existing team on a permanent basis. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

To meet & greet your customers, & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements.

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity.

The Package:

£20,000 - £24,000 basic starting salary + Up-selling commission potential.

Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:30pm - One in two/three Saturday's - 8:30am-4:00pm
