Service Advisor - Maidenhead

The Role:

Are you an experienced motor trade Service Advisor looking for an exciting new opportunity?

Our client, a family-run main dealer who have been selling vehicles for over 50 years are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team based in Maidenhead.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Ensure outstanding customer service by promptly handling post-purchase inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Offer precise cost estimates for suggested services and repairs, outlining labour, parts, and any supplementary fees.

Streamline the scheduling of vehicle service appointments, maximising the efficiency of the service department's resources to ensure swift turnaround times.

Recognise and propose opportunities to suggest supplementary services or accessories to clients, thereby increasing dealership revenue.

The Package:

Basic Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 + with uncapped additional bonuses for upselling!

Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm] + Rota’d Saturdays [paid as overtime]!
