The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of an established business based in Gloucester, seeking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their team on a permanent basis. Working within a team and reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Serving dealership customers on a service desk

Managing appointments and following up on MOTs, health checks, and services

Up-sell other services such as valets, service plans and other products

You will need to possess confidence and charisma

The Package:

£18,000 - £22,000 basic salary, depending on experience - OTE of an additional £6,000

Monday to Friday - 8:00am-6:00pm - One in three Saturday mornings 8:30am-1:00pm
