





The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a top client of ours, with a premium dealership based local to Edenbridge. Our client is keen to add an experienced Service Advisor to their growing team on a full time permanent basis.
Duties will include:
To meet & greet your customers, & clarify their service, MOT and repair requirements.
To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service.
To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity.
To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles.
Experience Required:
You will currently be working within a similar position, with ideally a minimum of 1 years’ experience.
We would be keen to speak with people who have worked in a service/auto centre, for example Halfords or similar companies looking for a step up in responsibility.
Prior experience in a customer service based role is essential.
Motor trade experience is essential (transferable experience considered including parts or sales would be considered).
Excellent communication skills.
You need to hold a full driving licence.
The Package:
£27,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary. OTE £36,000 + UNCAPPED.
Hours, Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 6:00pm with an hour lunch. Saturday rota (1 in 3) 08:00am – 12:30pm.
