Service Advisor - Colchester

The Role:

We are recruiting on the behalf of a motor trade client of ours based in Colchester, seeking to add a Service Advisor to their growing team. Supporting the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

As a part of this busy Service Team, you will work towards ensuring every customer has the best experience possible.

This will include welcoming them into the Dealership, booking their vehicle in for service, up-selling where possible, progress updates on their vehicle. You will also be responsible for allocating job cards, and ensuring the smooth running of the department.

The successful candidate, ideally must have used Kerridge or a similar system and have previous motor trade experience.

The Package:

£21,00 basic with a realistic OTE of £27,000 - £35,000 + Fantastic company benefits. Monday to Friday 8:00- 18:00 Saturday 8:00 - 17:00 on a rota of 1 in 4 weekends.
