Service Advisor - Christchurch

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established, premium used car dealer who seek an experienced motor trade service advisor to join their team. 

With an established site based near Christchurch, our client offers an opportunity to join an experienced, friendly team and the stability in knowing you’ll join a business who have operated locally for over forty years. 

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity

To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles

Order the relevant parts for the workshop and allocate accordingly

Package:

Basic Salary up to £25,000 (experience dependent) + Bonus

Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday rota - one in two - 9:00am - 12:00pm
