Service Advisor - Basingstoke

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are working with one of our highly regarded clients looking for a Service Advisor at their state of the art dealership site based in Basingstoke.

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary contact for customers seeking guidance, maintenance, and vehicle repairs. Additionally, you'll be responsible for facilitating effective communication between the workshop and customers while consistently providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Ensuring customers experience the best service and are well-informed about the full range of available products and services.

Initiating and maintaining customer documentation and record-keeping systems.

Supplying customers with cost estimates and promptly informing them when work is completed.

Accurately invoicing and cost-assessing all jobs submitted for warranty or goodwill claims.

Preparing and presenting precise invoices to customers for payment in accordance with company protocols.

Keeping a close watch on the progress of workshop jobs and promptly alerting the service reception to any delays or issues.

Full Driver’s license.

The Package:

Salary: £23,500 to £26,500 (Experience dependent) + Bonus Scheme!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am – 6:00pm]

Saturday mornings (1in3 rota) [08:30am – 12:30pm]
