Full TimeThe Role:
Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Service Advisor for an established franchise car dealer, based in Basingstoke.
Our client now seek an experienced Service Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis working closely with the Service Manager on a daily basis.
Current motor trade experience preferred.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements
- Providing guidance and advise on mechanical and diagnostic queries as requested by Technicians.
- To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
- To up-sell products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity
- To raise invoices for work done & meet the customers' time deadlines for collection of their vehicles
Package:
£23,000-£25,000 Basic Salary (Experience Dependent) + Bonus OTE £30K Uncapped, Plus a company car!
08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday.
8:30am - 12.30pm Saturday’s. (Every other)
