Senior Service Advisor/Workshop Controller - Farnborough

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Senior Service Advisor/ Workshop Controller to work for a highly respected, independent family owned specialist garage, based on the outskirts of Farnborough.

As a Senior Service Advisor/ Workshop Controller you must have motor trade experience and worked with a variety of roles within an Aftersales department.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor/Workshop Controller:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

Managing front of house, responsible for x1 other Service Advisor on the front desk. 

Supervision of the workshop and its staff to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability.

Acting Assistant Aftersales Manager in absence Aftersales Manager.

Can consider candidates in a workshop controller or a service advisor position looking for a step up.

Package:

Salary up to £30,000 + £35,000 bonus (Increase after probation period).

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 17.30pm.

Saturday's rota.
