Senior Service Advisor - Shepperton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment currently seek an experienced Service Advisor/ Senior Service Advisor to work for an established main dealer group, based in Shepperton (TW17).

Our client has a great position, which requires someone who has considerable experience in an aftersales department. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing business in a senior role.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

To meet & greet your customers & clarify their service, MOT and/or repair requirements

To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service

Managing front of house, responsible for x1 other Service Advisor on the front desk. 

Supervision of the other service advisors to achieve an agreed level of quality, efficiency and profitability.

Acting Assistant Aftersales Manager in absence Aftersales Manager.

Package:

Up to £30,000 Basic Salary (Experience Dependent) + OTE circa £36K - £39K. As well as fantastic company benefits.

8:00am - 18.00pm Monday to Friday.

1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
