Senior Service Advisor - Portsmouth

The Role:

Here at Silcom Recruitment we have the pleasure of supporting a leading client of ours, with the hire of an experienced Senior Service Advisor, tasked with leading a front of house team for a premium car dealership, based in Portsmouth. This is a superb progression opportunity for an accomplished service advisor seeking that next step into a senior role.

Responsibilities:

Focus on leading the front desk team. Lots of customer interaction.

Promote and maintain positive people relations across the business.

Offer support and strong management to the wider management team.

Assist in supporting the Aftersales Manager in the day to day running of aftersales operations, ensuring the key targets of the franchise are achieved.

Supporting the other Service Advisors with day to day tasks.

The Package:

Basic salary up to £29,000 (experience dependent).

Bonus provided. OTE £35,000 Uncapped.

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00.

Saturday morning rota 08:30 – 12:30 (1 in 3 Saturdays)
