Senior Service Advisor - Bursledon/ Outskirts Of Southampton

The Role:

Silcom Recruitment are currently searching for a Senior Service Advisor to join a family-owned dealership group based around the Bursledon/ outskirts of Southampton area.

Our client offers a unique Saturday working rota and would ideally like a Senior Service Advisor with motor trade experience to join their team.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their service needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Oversee the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Mentor and support junior service advisors, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.

Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of service requests, customer interactions, and service history.

Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all service operations.

Assist in promoting and upselling additional services or products to customers as appropriate.

Package:

Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 [depending on experience] + £36,000 OTE!!

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:00am - 6:00pm] & (1-in-12) Saturdays!!
