We are recruiting on behalf of an established franchised main dealer who are based on the outskirts of Southampton. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
About the role:
You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced sales department, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service.
Your role is to maintain standards of performance of the sales team through effective coaching and performance management.
You will also maintain high customer satisfaction levels through the understanding and adherence to company customer satisfaction indicators.
It is important that you maximise new and used car sales opportunities through developing and implementing effective and consistent events and campaigns.
Applicant Criteria:
Need to have prestige/ prestige volume brand experience
Retail focused Sales Manager who is used to managing a close knit team and good at motivating and pushing the sales team.
Used to manufacturer processes and strong element of CSI
A keen understanding & interest of the financial side of the business
Possess an energy and genuine regard for the importance of the customer to the sustainability of the business and the brand.
The Package:
Circa £35,000 negotiable basic starting salary, depending on experience. £60,000 + OTE plus over performance bonus, as well as company vehicle and other fantastic company benefits.
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00, with a day off during the week, Saturday rota, 1st weekend (Saturday & Sunday), 2nd weekend (Saturday), 3rd weekend (off).
