The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading automotive group based in Salisbury.
Reporting to the Head of Business, you will oversee a team of Sales Executives and Transaction Managers, driving both the team and the business forward. Our client seeks a candidate with proven experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Manager:
Overseeing the Sales Executives and Transaction Manager.
Inspiring the team to achieve exceptional customer outcomes and meet weekly sales targets for vehicles, finance, and insurance products.
Communicating with customers via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails, while efficiently resolving any complaints.
Promoting the dealership's vehicles and services both in-person and online.
Ensuring outstanding customer service, reflected in consistently high customer satisfaction index scores.
Gathering finance proposals that prioritise the customers' best interests.
The Package:
Basic Salary of £40,000 + OTE £55,000 + Company car and other great benefits!
25 days annual leave including bank holidays, discounted Car Purchase Scheme, life assurance and pension scheme.
Hours: Monday – Friday [45 hours per week] & alternative weekends.
