Silcom Recruitment are seeking a Car Sales Executive for our esteemed client in Wokingham. With over a decade of excellence in the motor retail industry, our client is recognised as one of the UK's most forward-thinking motor groups.
Our client is seeking an individual with exposure within to motor trade sales to join their dynamic team and be part of their continued success!
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Greet and engage with customers, identifying their needs and preferences.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership’s vehicle inventory and features to provide accurate information to customers.
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
Arrange and conduct test drives, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.
Negotiate prices, trade-in values, and financing options to close sales while achieving set targets.
Conduct follow-up calls and communications with potential and existing customers to drive sales and maintain relationships.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the dealership.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Prepare and process sales paperwork, including contracts, financing documents, and vehicle registrations.
Package:
Basic Salary: £18,540 + £45,000 OTE + Company Car!!!
Hours: Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday [8:30am – 6:00pm]!!
Tuesday & Thursday [8:30am – 9:00pm]!
**No Sundays**
