The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to become part of a well-established family-owned and managed independent retailer located in Southampton. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in customer service, and eager to contribute to their continuous expansion programme, offering outstanding career opportunities in their sales department.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Executive:
Full UK Driver’s License.
Collaborate closely with the aftersales team to ensure that service customers receive attention and are effectively prospected whilst visiting the dealership.
Possess excellent organisational skills, time management and meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrate a customer-focused approach, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Assume additional responsibilities when colleagues are on vacation.
Handle additional inquiries as assigned.
Motor trade sales experience essential.
The Package:
Basic salary of £20,000 - rising to £22,500 [once accreditation is completed].
OTE of up to £35,000 + Company car!
Monday – Friday Hours [8:30am – 18:00pm] with a day off in the week.
No Saturdays!! & Sundays [10:00am – 4:00pm].
